Do you take appliances that don't work?
Yes — broken, leaking, ancient, doesn't matter. Working or not, if it's too heavy to move yourself, we'll take it.
Do I need to disconnect it first?
No. We handle disconnecting standard hookups (power, water lines) as part of the pickup. Just let us know when you book if something's hardwired or built in.
Can you get it out of a tight spot?
Usually, yes. Basements, upstairs laundry rooms, tucked-in kitchen nooks — that's exactly the kind of hauling we're built for.
How is the price figured out?
By how much space your items take up in the truck, not by counting individual pieces. We quote it on-site before we start, and that's the number you pay.
How fast can you come out?
Often same day, especially if you book before noon. Next-day slots are almost always open.
