How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck (volume), plus any special labor needs
(heavy items, stairs, long carries). We provide a free on-site estimate and you approve the price
before we start — no surprises.
Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Often yes — depending on availability. If you need it fast, call us. If you’re booking online and don’t see a perfect time,
choose the closest slot and leave a note — we may be able to move you up.
Do I have to be home for the pickup?
Preferably yes for the estimate and approval. If you can’t be there, we can sometimes work with photos/video and clear instructions.
Call/text us so we can confirm the best option for your job.
Do I pay anything upfront to book?
No. There’s no payment required to book. You only pay after you approve the on-site estimate.
How long does a typical junk removal job take?
Many single-item and small jobs take 15–45 minutes. Larger cleanouts vary by volume and access. We’ll give you a realistic time
estimate when we confirm details.
What do you take?
We remove most non-hazardous junk, including: furniture, mattresses/box springs, appliances, yard debris, garage junk, boxes,
construction debris, and more. If you’re unsure, send a photo or call us.
What can’t you take?
We can’t take hazardous or restricted items like: chemicals/solvents, wet paint, asbestos materials, medical waste, explosives,
and ammunition. If you have something questionable, call us and we’ll guide you.
How does the booking process work?

- We call/text to confirm items, access, and details.
- Free on-site estimate — you only pay if you approve.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Call or text as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate a new time.
Do you remove items from inside the home / upstairs / backyard?
Yes — we can remove items from wherever they are (rooms, garages, backyards, upstairs). Access and labor can affect price, so
mention stairs, gates, or long carries when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept common payment methods (cash and major cards). Payment is due after you approve the estimate and the job is completed.
